Patsy Mink, the first Asian-American and woman of color elected to U.S. House of Rep. (Hawaii) once said:

“It is easy enough to vote right and be consistently with the majority. But it is more often more important to be ahead of the majority and this means being willing to cut the first furrow in the ground and stand alone for a while if necessary.”

COMMENT

“Anthony was great to work with on a custom commission. I wanted a colorful and joyful drawing of a culturally significant and inspirational figure to hang in my son’s room. Anthony’s portrait of Patsy Mink is more than I could have hoped for. Our family will absolutely cherish this piece. I can’t wait to get it framed and hung. Thank you!”
