This Peggy Olson painting is in honor of one of my favorite TV characters. Played by Elisabeth Moss, Peggy’s journey on Mad Men was one of ambition, stubbornness, and empowerment during the 1960s and 1970s. She is the shining light in an otherwise dark misogynistic corporate world, and I identified with her frustrations on roles, stereotypes, and career goals.
